Pinwheel is a small idea come to life. It began when I was working at an incredible, spirited design agency that was the answer to all my hard-earned professional dreams. I was part of an amazing team that developed massive projects from before dirt was ever touched, where we partnered with top hospitality owner-developers to concept and define world-class destinations from the ground up, and at the same time, was blessed to be a navigator of explosive agency growth and billings during my tenure, exposing me to how small businesses work and what’s needed to make them thrive.
But for all my glamorous dreams of creating the world’s foremost and leading edge leisure locations, something in me longed to use my experience and expertise to create and benefit a small community of friends and family - creative entrepreneurs, small business owners and start-ups in their own right - to accomplish their own dreams of success.
In my fifteen-plus years of experience, I’ve worked in public relations, product development, licensing, and many forms of marketing, always as a creative liaison. Because of this, I’ve learned to respect the sensitive lines between design and the marketplace; I’ve seen where and how ideas are born, how they take shape and how the idea is communicated. I’ve worked with companies large and small, and the common denominators are always: consistency, not stopping until the work is done right, and meeting your client’s expectations (and vision). When done well, the fantastic results are a testament to hard work put forth, but mostly this: happy clients = happy life. Repeat.
